STRICTER FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEMS REQUIRED

Fire Safety Experts

Cherokey Fire Protection is working to turn the tide on the estimated $84 million in direct property damage from some 3,520 structure fires in hotels and motels each year.

Cherokey’s fire safety experts, as well as hotels around the world, are grateful that Marriott International has taken the lead in researching, testing and adopting stricter standards. Now, new Marriott locations are safer than ever and older properties are being retrofitted with efficient and modern sprinkler systems as well.
Cherokey paid attention while Marriott researched ways to respond to fires faster while also testing ways to speed up retrofitting activities. Let us make sure your hotel and motel properties are protected with best-in-class fire system design and installation that have been developed to address the specific needs of the sector.

Residents and property owners alike want quality fire suppression systems that detect smoke and fire early, warn residents in time to evacuate and suppress fire quickly until the fire department gets to the scene.

With 86,000 apartment fires in 2019 (Insurance Information Institute), apartment managers need to trust that their fire sprinklers, fire alarms, and fire extinguishers will put out fires before they spread and get out of control.

There are several types of automatic sprinkler systems, and the Cherokey Fire Protection Team have the experience and expertise to work with you to determine the best fire safety system for your apartments, condominiums and other multi-family developments.
